Everything happens by link and thread. You never schedule a site visit or lose a Saturday to a showroom — the room comes to you, measured, drawn and itemised.

Before the first call
Yes. We ask for the things a site visit would reveal — wall photos at eye height, window orientation, ceiling height, where the light falls at four o’clock — and we confirm them on a short call before a single piece is placed.
No. The plan links to retailers and makers, and you buy directly from them. Nothing is marked up, and nothing in the plan is there because it pays us.
The Layout gives you two options to choose between. The Full Room includes a revision round, and any further round is $85.
One flat invoice per room, payable by card or bank transfer. There is no hourly billing and no surprise line added after delivery.
Not at all. The work is entirely remote; Haverstraw, NY is simply where the studio sits. Your room can be anywhere you can send photographs from.
